Our plant was designed for high throughput, high pressure liquid blending. We can handle everything from simple mixing to complex formulations that require high pressure homogenization to achieve homogenous solutions with very fine particle size.
Our plant features:
Stainless steel mixing tanks with agitation capable of batching up to 95,000 lbs.
Polypropylene liquid blending tanks
Gaulin Homogenizer with an operating pressure of 5000 psi at 12000 gallons per hour.
Stainless steel bulk storage tanks up to 90,000 gallons.
